Kelly Ford is the Assistant Director for TA Development and Recognition at the Center for Teaching and Learning. Her primary responsibilities in the CTL include supporting graduate student teaching and future faculty development. She also facilitates the GradTeach team and portfolio of services.
Kelly received her PhD in French Linguistics and Second Language Acquisition from Indiana University in 2015. Prior to joining the CTL, Kelly led curriculum and instruction for the French elementary language program in the Department of Romance Languages. Kelly is passionate about whole student-focused instruction and building classroom systems that support student and instructor wellbeing.
