Workshops and TA Cafés

Each semester we offer standalone events to contribute to the teaching development of graduate students. Topics range from those relevant to your work as a TA, to preparing teaching-related materials for the job market and your career as a future faculty member with teaching responsibilities.

GradTeach Workshops

Workshops are 60- to 90-minute interactive sessions on a teaching topic, typically facilitated by a member of the CTL.

TA Cafés

TA Cafés are typically 60-minute events that are planned and facilitated by our Future Faculty Fellows. The goal is to provide support for your teaching duties from more experienced TAs, while giving you an opportunity to meet other graduate and professional students from across campus.
