Equipment Checkout

A variety of audio, video and data presentation equipment are available for loan or rental. Equipment is provided first to faculty, instructors of record, and graduate teaching assistants at no charge. Equipment is made available to students for class use as authorized by the instructor of record of a current UGA course at no charge. Departments and student groups may rent equipment for departmental functions or events at a small cost, as indicated in the pricing list linked below.
